Ingredients:
- Gooseberry-7
- Coconut grated-1/4cup
- Small onion(shallots)-2-3
- Birds eye chilly/green chillies-3-5(as per your spice level)
- Curry leaves-2-3leaves
- Ginger chopped- 1/4tsp
- Salt to taste
- Steam the Amla in a steamer for 10 minutes,till its flesh becomes soft and fall away from the seed.
- De seed the gooseberries.
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Do a taste check and add salt if required.
- Mix together and shape them to a ball.
